If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@cordilleramade.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Our products are built for durability. If your item has a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To submit a warranty claim, email support@cordilleramade.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Assumption of Risk

Climbing, training for climbing, and using climbing-related equipment involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, equipment failure, bodily injury, paralysis, or death. You understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with the use of Cordillera products, whether used indoors, outdoors, or in any training environment.

You agree to:

• Use Cordillera products only as intended and in accordance with all instructions.

• Inspect products before each use and discontinue use if any damage, wear, or irregularity is found.

• Maintain proper technique, training progression, and personal safety practices.

• Seek instruction from qualified professionals if you are unsure how to safely use any product.

Cordillera is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, modification, improper storage, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Cordillera, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for:

·       Any claims or demands arising directly or indirectly from your use or misuse of Cordillera products

This release applies regardless of whether the alleged liability arises from negligence, product failure, or any other cause.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cordillera and its representatives from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from your use of the products, your violation of these terms, or any harm caused to others due to your actions.

Climbing training tools cannot eliminate risk. Cordillera makes no guarantee that using its products will prevent injury or guarantee performance outcomes. You accept full responsibility for your training practices and safety decisions.

Age Requirement

By using Cordillera products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on behalf of a minor user.
